Bettina began her career as Project Manager for Kulturbüro in Cologne, Germany, before coming to England to work for Stockton International Riverside Festival and other clients including, Bill Gee Associates, National Theatre, Lift, The World Famous, and Architects of Air.
As founder and director of ArtsAgenda she has projects on scales ranging from intimate indoor experiences to outdoor spectacles for audiences up to 10,000. The company has produced the work of dreamthinkspeak, Rotozaza, Hydrocracker, Gravity & Levity, and programmed and produced Derby Festé.
Recent projects included Games Time (Legacy Trust Community Celebrations), a Leadership Programme for the Arts Council England SE, production co-ordination for caravan (international theatre showcase in Brighton). ArtsAgenda also produces the work of Lea Anderson (The Cholmondeleys and The Featherstonehaughs), Philippa Stanton (Sinesthetic Artist) and has a curatorial role at Nymans Gardens, National Trust.
